Attention all NHS students: Our second all-member meeting of the year is tomorrow, October 4th at 7am in the auditorium.
Attention wrestlers and anyone interested in wrestling this season: We are continuing to have weight lifting on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 – 7:15am but we are changing the open gym wrestling workout to Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:20-4:30pm. We need everyone that is not currently in a fall sport to participate to get the edge on our competition.
Tri Met bus passes for October are now available in the accounting office until October 10th for $30.00.
Today is the last day to sign up for the PSAT. 11th graders: The PSAT gives students access to college searches, scholarships and a breakdown on what skills you still need to work on. Don’t miss out. The PSAT is offered only once a year. Pay $15 in accounting today.
Are you interested in politics? Want to know more about the upcoming election? The Young Democrats’ club meets every Thursday (that’s tomorrow!) after school in Mr. Barringer’s room, D108. Come find out more about how to debate and discuss politics. Be sure to watch the presidential debate tonight at 6:00. We’ll be talking about it tomorrow in D108.

Homecoming nominations are again today. There will be a table set up during both lunches so stop by and nominate your peers to be a prince or princess on the 2012 homecoming court! Please take note: Students may NOT campaign for themselves. Students found to be campaigning for themselves or other will be disqualified.
Picture re-takes are this Friday, October 5th. Please stop by Student Services and pick up a picture packet. You will also need to bring your old pictures if you are getting re-takes.
