So you think you can dance? Well if you can’t, the Learn to Dance club is starting up again on Tuesday’s from 3 to 4 in the D/E lobby. Learn different styles of dance for free from a dance instructor. All ability levels are welcome and you can join at any time. Bring a friend and learn some new dance moves before the next school dance.
All 9th and 11th grade students taking the PSAT must pay $15 to the accounting office by Wednesday. Sophomores: Please turn in your permission slips to your advisory teacher on Wednesday.
If you are interested in being a police cadet, the Milwaukie Police department will be here tomorrow, October 2nd during both lunches. You must be between the ages of 16 and 20, have a valid driver’s license, and a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Brochures are available in the Counseling office.
The first college night is TOMORROW at 7pm and everyone should come! Portland Art Institute will be there, along with UTI, WyoTech, Paul Mitchell, Pacific University, Lewis & Clark, Linfield, Oregon Culinary Institute and many more! 7pm in the commons. Hey everyone: Today is the world wide day of bullying prevention! At both lunches today, there will be a table sit up where you can sign a poster pledging that you will stand up against bullies and help those who are being bullied. We will hang this poster up in our school to show that bullying is not okay and that we will stop it!
Attention seniors: Please stop by Student Services this week and check the list to make sure that your name is spelled correctly for the senior sweatshirts.
Reminder to juniors – If you are planning to play sports in college, you need to register with the NAIA and the NCAA Clearinghouse. See your counselor if you have any questions.
